I have struggled with the pains of raising three healthy kids. I say ‘pains’ because all my kids, Nancy, Olivia and Nathan had different eating habits.
It was my job to see that they maintained their health by eating the right food, but I was failing miserably. Driven by desperation, I read several books about rearing healthy kids and consulted with a pediatric nutritionist.
Armed with some great knowledge, I set out to change diets for all my kids and I must say that it was immensely helpful for me to raise healthy kids.
