#2: Breathe deeply to experience the power of chakra meditation
My Guru told me that it was essential to practice breathing exercises in order to gain a balanced rhythm. The exercises involved deep breathing where I would inhale and exhale, counting the beats slowly.
In addition, the breathing techniques depended on how fit I was and how comfortable it made me feel.
The point of the exercise was to breathe deeply in a balanced rhythm so that I could continue further with the chakra meditation.
This also helped me reduce the vibration of my body.
Once I transferred myself to the main part of the meditation, the frequency would rise again; however, all the chakra centers would now resonate harmoniously without any discrepancies.
This meant that the centers performed together instead of dumping all the stress on one particular chakra.
